The hotel had a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were comfortable, but some areas like the halls need painting. Cooling was uneven in the suite, and the extra bed was uncomfortable. The dining experience was good, but not exceptional. Value for money seemed fair, but there were areas that needed improvement in both rooms and service.
If you are looking to stay somewhere in Decatur, I highly recommend this hotel. The rooms are very clean and big, but the extra bed was uncomfortable. The main bedroom didn't cool down well despite the suite portion being cool, possibly due to poor room design. It could only accommodate three people even though we booked for four.
The hotel provides clean and spacious rooms, but encountered issues like difficulty with room access and door lock. The service was mixed with helpful staff but lack of complete room maintenance support. Location is convenient for dining options and proximity to amenities, although some items were consistently unavailable. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
